Is anyone else sick of Palin’s “folksy charm.” Hearing here refer to the Democratic ticket as “you guys” in a serious public forum is just plain embarrassing. It seems to me that the choice of Palin and her dreadfully informal speech patterns are an attempt to attract what the Republicans consider the “average” American. I realize that we have a lot of stupid people from sea to shining sea, but do we HAVE to sink to their level? Even my die-hard Republican parents agree she’s a hockey mom who is out of her league.

I found this handy flowchart detailing the complicated political processes that were taught to Sarah Palin during her grueling days of Debate Camp. As I read through it, I can almost picture the debate unfolding before my very eyes.

McCain spokesman Tucker Bounds attempts to defend the lies in his candidate’s latest attack ads. News anchors, Megyn Kelly at FOX news and Norah O’Donnell at MSNBC both embraced Amy Poehler’s heartfelt message as Hillary Clinton. I hope we see more people following suite, especially when it comes to the hyper-conservative Sarah Palin.

FOX must stop injecting racism, prejudice, and fear into our political dialogue. We intend to hold FOX, its advertisers, and its personalities accountable for FOX’s attempts to smear the Obamas.

I am so sick of the sneaky underhanded way FOX News casually mentions some negative aspect or concept in the same breath of someone they want to smear. They have an audience of lemmings (I know they don’t really jump over cliffs, but the idiom is ingrained in the public lexicon by now, bit I digress…). Their audience is full of empty minds who soak up their bullshit like a smelly sponge. They call a presidential candidate’s wife his “baby momma,” cast what they THINK are aspersions on his religion (the M-word ooooh I’m scared) and practically call him a terrorist for not using the suburban hi-5.

It must stop. Sign the petition. Tell your friends. At least be part of the statistic AGAINST this kind of yellow journalism.

Susan Sarandon, Hally Berry, George Clooney, Oprah Winfrey, Sydney Poitier, Morgan Freeman and Ben Afleck are named as celebrity Barack Obama supporters, but all they can muster for McCain is Stephen Baldwin. Thats a bit sad. And this is FOX News, so you know they want McCain to look good. This is them trying.

Here are some of the LATEST atrocities committed in the guise of news by Fox News. In the first we see some indepth definition and explanation of the Obamas celebratory Wonder Twins moment followed by Fox News’ interpretation - complete with body language experts.

In the second we see Fox News referring to Michelle Omaba, Barack Obama’s wife of almost 16 years as “Barack’s Baby Momma.” Fox News always does their best to associate people with negative concepts, and their easily led flock eats it up with a spoon. They are well known for the memos about talking points to hit on and buzz words they want to attach to someone. Doesn’t matter what the word, it may be flip flopper, terrorist, or baby mama - they have no shame or scruples.
