Comics Continuum interview with Gwyneth (Pepper Potts) Paltrow
Entertainment Weekly’s suggestions for summer reading…
Before you see Iron Man (out May 2), read Iron Man: Demon in a Bottle by David Michelinie and Bob Layton
I’m really excited to see this. I love the look of the armor and think Robert Downey Jr. is actually inspired casting, and Gwyneth looks great as redhead Pepper Potts!
More Trailers and reading suggestions after the jump…

Some interesting points…. I don’t think Sci-Fi will suffer any permanent damage during the current comic book movie trend. Movie tastes are often cyclical and pure Sci-Fi will have a resurgence just as soon as someone shows hollywood its continued earning potential. This is not the first time Hollywood has rushed to make movies about comics, hit movies such as the Richard Donner Superman and the Tim Burton Batman both “Spawn”ed a number of merely adequate to downright cheesy sequels and copycats that eventually put the genre into hibernation until the success of Sam Raimi’s Spiderman. Odds are someone will make a big enough turkey and Hollywood will turn back to dependable old Sci-Fi.
