BUMP! Updating this with a link to Raging Stallion’s official press release

Saturday night at San Francisco’s infamous EndUp, Raging Stallion Studios held a “VIP bash” (you just had to be very important, go to Rock Hard or Does Your Mother Know in the Castro ask for a ticket and be willing to stand in a long line) to announce the 2008 Man of the Year.

It was a veritable pornucopia with not only a large percentage of the RS stable, but also stars from other studios and Miss Chi Chi LaRue.

I was able to say hello to the always fabulous director as well as a few favorite performers (everyone favorite inked up superstud Logan McCree, 2007 Man of the Year - the ever sexy Steve Cruz, comic book loving RJ Danvers and Falcon standout Kai Ford - looking great guys!). But enough about them… this post is in honor of the winner - Raging Stallion’s 2009 Man of the Year, RICKY “THE HAMMER” SINZ!!!!!!

I’m sure he earned the nickname “The Hammer” in a number of ways… but he reminds ME more of a jackhammer. The man can fuck like an industrial piston.

Born and raised in Chicago, Illinois Ricky “The Hammer” Sinz identifies himself as a bisexual man (though a hot bottom who has had the pleasure told me he really enjoys doing dudes alot).

Ricky spent eight years in the US Army as a Special Forces Sergeant First Class. In those eight years, he was responsible for 28 confirmed kills and a three year stint in Iraq where he was injured in an ambush and his vehicle with struck with 2 155mm artillery shells in a roadside bombing, After his time with the armed forces, he became a professional Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) fighter who fought in tournaments from California to Thailand. While at Raging Stallion Studios, he has worked as a Technical Director as well as an actor for a major award winning gay porn film GRUNTS, in which, at the 2008 GayVN Awards, he won 3 of the 8 awards for the film because of three of his performances. GRUNTS was the first gay porn film released on Blu-ray Disc and a film with a record breaking production budget in the gay porn industry.

It was announced by Raging Stallions on September 9th 2008, that Ricky Sinz had been signed by the San Francisco-based studio to a lifetime contract to perform in films, print media, and web markets, as well as to develop new projects aimed at the mainstream adult market.

Self-styled porn mogul Michal Lucas may find himself in someone’s legal crosshairs yet again. Lucas may have escaped the wrath of the Fellini family but now he has Spunk on his ass.

He may be up to his ebayable undies in yet another porn-related lawsuit if Spunk Video’s announced claim that “Michael Lucas produced a bareback movie and then refused to pay for it” end up having any merit. Allegedly, e-mail record suggest Lucas initially passed on releasing the movie, but later decided to release it even though Spunk has purchased the rights.

In question is Galaxia Entertainment’s “Raw Twinks in Czech”

or is it Spunk Video’s “Nasty Piss Boys?

Spunk’s claims seem to hinge on two things. First that “Raw Twinks in Czech” is the same movie as Spunk Video’s own “Nasty Piss Boys.” And they seem to have a point. Check out this comparison. The boys fucking on the lower right of the front cover of “Raw Twinks in Czech” aren’t just the same 2 from the same scene, it is the SAME PHOTO as the cover of Nasty Piss Boys.”

Spunk Producer Mike Brady’s comments stating “We are the owners and copyright holders of this material and the true Custodian of Records. It is our duty to prevent the distribution of this material with improper labeling” may mean serious trouble for whoever owns Galaxia Entertainment.

It comes down to the question… Is Michael Lucas responsible for Galaxia Entertainment? His publicity Director Patrick Collins indirectly says no…

LUCAS ENTERTAINMENT RESPONDS TO CLAIMS BY SPUNK VIDEO

Lucas Entertainment never had and does not have any intentions to produce bareback videos. Our company is also not concerned about Spunk Video’s motives to issue such a baseless press release.

When informed of the press release, CEO and President Michael Lucas, who at this moment is in South America, said via phone, “I’m not even remotely interested in reading Spunk Video’s press release, and Spunk Video is welcome to take any letter they have to any court they choose.”

Furthermore, Michael Lucas and Lucas Entertainment are not interested in continuing this conversation. We feel this issue was closed before ever being opened.

If Lucas is indeed involved in bareback production it would be a definite departure from his stated position that he will not hire anyone who has done bareback work.

Other unanswered questions involve potential violation of 18 U.S.C. Section 2257
