OK. How many of you went to ComicCon. I think this year I may have to start planning around Christmas and start saving up. I so wanted to go – but I have the wrost financial karma in the summer. Two years in a row I ended up with a deadbeat client who owes me thousands and had no money to go. Which means I ALSO cannot afford the $100 PLUS prices he is going for on ebay…
So is there anyone who bought one to sell (or knows someone) that might be convinced to part with Gleek the Space Monkey for a more reasonable price? i CAN OFFER 2 TIMES COST PLUS… I’d be your best friend, give you a shout out on the blog and offer a soapbox post for the seller to address the readers about anything they want.

Looks like there were some fairly big mistakes made with the Gleeks and their distribution. You could always try entering this prize drawing?;

Aww! I'm sorry, I didn't think he would have been such a big deal or I would have kept the extra ones that I had. At the time I didn't do any research on him and I didn't think so many people would want him. I was given 2 extras because Mattel totally screwed up in their distribution and I just tossed the extra ones out cause I didn't want to carry them around at the con. I was actually thinking, why would anyone want more? It wasn't until I checked online at my hotel room that night when I found out a lot of people wanted him.

Thanks so much – I registered and made myself as eligible as possible. If anyone has any other leads or suggestions I'd be forever grateful. I have a display collection of most of the members of the JLA and Teen Titans that have been made into action figures. I started out on Superfirends as a child and really MUST HAVE GLEEK! Without him there is no point in continuing the collection.
