Watch carefully and you’ll spot a number of fan fave Green Lanterns Corps members (besides Dr. Horrible nemesis (and potential Celebrity Beefcake) Nathan Fillion as Hal Jordan), including:Abin Sur, Killowog, Ch’p (or some other squirrelish Lantern), Galius Zed and Tomar-Re
Casting Captain Hammer as Hal Jordan? This might be the only way Hollywood could make up for giving us a Whedon-less Buffy movie.
This is jaronpitts‘ vision for a Green Lantern movie starring Nathan Fillion as Hal Jordan. It absolutely amazes me how technology has enabled and empowered fans to be able to do these things. It was beautiful and if Warner Brothers and DC were smart they’d see how viral that trailer has become and answer the fans and make the movie. I’d say this is on par with the last great fan made trailer I’ve seen, Grayson. Keep up the amazing work, fanboys around the world!

So awesome!!! I think Nathan Fillion would make a great Hal Jordan. He has the charisma, the sense of comedy, and he is majorly hot! We need to start a petition…..

Yeah, I actually got big screen goosebumps watching that. Amazing that it is just a fan trailer! I had never seen the Grayson Movie Trailer – The execution wasn’t quite as good as Green Lantern but it is still VERY cool. A lot of great moments, and filmed and assembled beautifully for a fan-made trailer. So I’ll include it as well! Thanks for the heads up. And if you know of any other cool faux trailers – post them here!

The Grayson one was interesting but I had a BIG problem with it. I kept thinking to myself “Robin? Why is he Robin? That’s Tim. Dick’s Nightwing.”
