How about that???? It is about damn time is it not?!?! They tease us with a new Kryptonian Nightwing, but then it isn’t Conner (instead it ends up being a now teenage Christopher Kent. They tease us by telling us SOMEONE is coming back via lightning rod and send Legionnaires into the past after Lex Luthor’s DNA but then give us Kid Flash back (a DEAGED Bart Allen). But no more teasing. Conner (Kon-el) Kent is back! And that’s not the only major reveal this issue. It has a helluva a last page! If only #5 would be here sooner.

So Conner Kent is back! He is Superboy (and DC is able to use the name again)!
The imminent return of Conner Kent–this generation’s Superboy–has raised questions as to whether DC and the heirs of Jerry Siegel have settled their dispute as to who owns the character.
A settlement is one possibility, though at present it seems a relatively less likely explanation. The court record in the Superboy lawsuit contains no reference to a finalized settlement. To the contrary, the parties stated last year that court-ordered mediation did not resolve the dispute. As things stand, the court record indicates that the resolution of the Superboy lawsuit will follow the court’s judgments in the Superman trials, the first of which began this past week.
And he is the star of Adventure Comics – due in August from writer Geoff Johns and artist Francis Manapul. Check out some of the art from the upcoming series…

I’ve been a fan of Kon-el since he lost the leather jacket and sunglasses (wasn’t a Young Justice reader) and started rocking the hottest t-shirt in comics.

Yeah, seeing the last page of the issue (besides the Animal Man short) I could feel my eyebrows reaching up to my hairline. Looking forward very much to the last issue.

I’m a little curious how that big reveal will be received by longtime Legion fans who go back to the original series. I mean… the Time Trapper’s TRUE IDENTITY is a big deal!!! I should have seen it coming, but I didn’t.
I must say again. Legion of 3 World’s is everything Final Crisis SHOULD have been!
