That is excessive use of force by the officers. I couldn't tell what exactly was going on, but there clearly was no weapon in this person's possession.

On another note, should be refraining from all Mormon-owned PepsiCo products until 8 is overturned?

This includes: all Pepsi products like Pepsi, Diet Pepsi, Mountain Dew, Mug Root Beer, Sierra Mist, Gatorade, Propel Fitness water, AMP energy drink, Slice, Aquafina, Dole juices, Ethos Water,(some licensed) Lipton drinks, (some licensed) Ocean Spray juices, (some licensed) Starbucks canned beverages, SoBe and Tropicana; Frito-Lay brands like Doritos, Tostitos, Cheetos, Fritos, Ruffles, Sunchips, Santitas, Rold Gold, Funyuns, Sabritones, Cracker Jacks, Miss Vickie's and Hostess; Quaker brands like oatmeal and Cap'n Crunch, Aunt Jemima mixes & syrups, and Rice-A-Roni for Christ's sake! How the Hell did they get that one?

I can drink Diet Coke and be just fine. That's my only vice left these days. The rest is junk I don't eat anyway. Neither do Mormons, but they sell this crap to us to fund their pointless propositions and funny underwear. Marching around Los Angeles and San Francisco is one thing, but that will be forgotten. Let’s hit the pricks where it hurts – their pocketbooks. Because one thing these Mormons have taught us is that it’s not about God or values – it’s all about the money.

So, in other words – DON”T DO THE DEW!
