Heroes Volume 3: Villains BEGINS!!!!
and what a premiere it was. They have their mojo back big time! It was truly heroic event, starting out with a gala Hollywood party filled with cast members and fans followed by 2 all new hours of Heroes!
This really felt like the first season to me. The suspense was there. The feel of dread when beloved characters are in danger. And I’m sure we’ll have less subtitles this season. The new characters are great. Hiro’s new speeding nemesis Daphne Millbrook has some great effects. Tracy Strauss - the Niki/Jessica Sanders lookalike appears to have a completely different set of powers as she froze the greatest american tabloid reporter (played by William Katt) solid and then accidentally shattered him. (I guess he’s not going to be a recurring character).
Hiro’s new storyline will again have him “save the world.” This time from some sort of apocalyptic death storm somehow created by a formula he is bound by his dead father to protect. Although I enjoyed it at the time (and again in DVD viewing), Heroes Volume 2 now seems like it was filler, sharing enough exposition and putting a myriad of plot point dominos in position to fall for the REAL epic of this season.

Did you watch? Did you like? ot any questions and/or speculations worth sharing? Then comment!!!! This is my favorite show and although nothing is worth the wait we were forced to endure because of the last season’s writer strike, I was not disappointed. In fact it was even better than I’d hoped.

I loved it! It was exciting and suspenseful, and looks like the set up for a great season.
Did Angela say Gabriel is her son? She did, didn’t she?!
Favorite lines:
“Are you going to eat my brain?”
“Claire, that’s disgusting.”
“I told you not to open to the safe.” (I am already miss Mr. Nakamura!)
