This is a lovely short film, about old age, youth, curiosity, secrecy, stolen moments, sense memory, love, family, acceptance, belonging and melancholy. Shout out to the blog I spotted this on Wicked Gay Blog - he always has the most interesting items.
As GLBT people of a certain generation we certainly take for granted certain freedoms of which our predecessors never dreamed. At least here in the United States and most of the free world we do. There are still many places not as fortunate.
