Buffy the Vampire Slayer Season 8 #15
As a longtime Buffy the Vampire Slayer fan (started with season 1 as they aired), I was overjoyed to hear that Joss would be continuing with Season 8 in comic form.
This series really feels like the show to me (more than the few random issues of other Buffy titles picked up over the years) and last issue was no slouch in that department. With Dracula jokes, Willow in the field, an army of Slayers against an unknown force, Renee in bleeding out in mortal peril and Dawn going Godzilla on Tokyo, it seems like old times with a bigger FX budget and a cast of thousands. From the preview images below, it should be quite a show. Can’t wait until next week!

When can we expect a compiled edition of the Buffy season 8 issues? 15 seems like enough for a book. I’ll certainly purchase it to accompany my DVD collection.

They usually put out trade paperbacks after 12 issues, so she is about due. I’ll ask at Whatever in the Castro today when I get my comic books.
