With Incredible Hulk, Iron Man, Batman and Hellboy movies all coming this summer, nobody is really talking about Hancock, the movie about an “edgy, conflicted, sarcastic, and misunderstood” antihero (Will Smith) who saves a publicist (Jason Bateman) and finally comes to terms with the lesson Spidey learned on day one, great power, great responsibility yadda yadda yadda… I can’t remember the last Will Smith movie I looked forward to but I’m interested in this.
I love a PIXAR blockbuster in the summer!
SYNOPSIS from IMDB: What if mankind had to leave Earth, and somebody forgot to turn the last robot off? After hundreds of lonely years of doing what he was built for, WALL*E (short for Waste Allocation Load Lifter Earth-Class) discovers a new purpose in life (besides collecting knick-knacks) when he meets a sleek search robot named EVE. EVE comes to realize that WALL*E has inadvertently stumbled upon the key to the planet’s future, and races back to space to report her findings to the humans (who have been eagerly awaiting word that it is safe to return home). Meanwhile, WALL*E chases EVE across the galaxy and sets an adventure into motion. Joining WALL*E on his journey across the universe is a cast of characters including a pet cockroach and a heroic team of malfunctioning misfit robots.

Lets forget Scott’s out of character behavior last issue for a minute, and the fact that Dust was doing some real good for her homeland before Cyclops lures her with the weather is lovely in Westchester this time of year???
OK, why is Rhane with the Roberto and the rest? She is with X-Force now… Skrull?

Although there wasn’t that much action of a carnal nature in any of my books this week, there was an odd confluence of events in Legion of Super-Heroes and Thor Ages of Thunder. In Thor, the mischievous Loki must trick someone he swore not to. So he tricks the guy’s horse… literally. Loki knows how to take one for the team.

Chameleon Boy on the other hand just “needed some company” and perhaps fancied the birds plumage

So we can’t get a kiss between Wiccan and Hulking or even alude to the idea gay teen boyfriends might be knocking boots a bit, but bestiality’s A-OK for a giggle or a plot device?!?!? Whats wrong with this picture?

Lucas Siegel over at Newsarama pointed out an X-Men story arc in 1999 has some connotations in the present Secret Invasion. Excerpt below, full article here
In a 1999 Alan Davis story arc, the X-Men were taken from their home and shot through multiple dimensions, chasing a super-charged Juggernaut. After his defeat, in X-Men #89, they were sent to none other than the Skrull homeworld, with the time being just prior to Galactus’ arrival. The strange thing is, there was a simulacrum of 1970s NYC there, populated by facsimiles of all of Earth’s heroes. They even had technology that mimicked the various abilities of these heroes. These faux-heroes spend their days studying hours of Earth news footage, hoping to learn the ins and outs of the heroes they mimic. Professor Xavier even says, “They’re a legion of alien soldiers committed to apparently infiltrating our world…”
from Newsarama article by Lucas Siegel
This is the story that results in Galactus devouring the homeworld so they remember it. But If that story happend when the X-Men were sent into the past, Wouldn’t it have happened BEFORE the iluminati attck on the skrulls that pissed them off so? Or were the Illuminati really active that far back?

Alan Ritchson seen here as a superhero for a TV ad in Russia, was apparently also the model for the 3D animated Beowolf. Which explains why that movie gave me naughty feelings.
Kudos to Hot Gay News! Quite a find!

One of you e-mailed me a link to ANOTHER website for people who like to upload porn of themselves and others (as opposed to people like me who just like to embed it). So we have a new regular feature… its name is mildly reminiscent of the first pornucopia collections I posted….Say hello to the very first Redtube roundup!
Goes to show you that saying hi can payoff big! Some fun photoshop manipulations from another reader tomorrow.
More spunk after the jump…
